Piper's Performance

My brave, amazing girl was in a show a few weeks ago. Piper and her BFF Ainsley wrote a short skit about Harry Potter, auditioned for the school talent show, got in, and then did their thing in front of 700+ people.

I was beyond proud. I would never have had the guts to do what she did. I can tell this is just the beginning for our little star.

Jasper 4-Months

About two weeks ago, Jasper turned four months.

Birth: 7lbs 12 oz, 21 inches
6 days: 7lbs 5oz (31%)
2 weeks: 8lbs 2oz (37%), 20.5 inches (48%)
1 month: 11lbs 3oz (71%), 21.25 inches (27%)
2 months: 12lbs 15oz (70%), 22.25 inches (18%)
4 months: 16lbs 3oz (63%), 25 inches (38%), 18 inches-head (99%)

He's growing great, and is such a sweet baby. When I pick him up from daycare, he has the biggest smile on his face, and is still such a cuddle bug. No real milestones to report--just lots of smiling, laughing, and cooing. His head is huge, so he's still working on holding it up during tummy time, and no signs of rolling over.

Other than his large head (to contain all his smart brains), Jasper also has terrible eczema and cradle cap. But, we're working on it. And, it definitely doesn't take away from his cuteness. He's just a ball of sugar and we love him so much.
